The Rotary Club is delighted to have CCoH photograph the event again this year

This is the schedule provided to us by the Rotary Club

1. Time Line

6 - 7 am Set up registration area
7 - 8 am Register cyclists 7am is a good meetup time for CCoHers
8:00 am Cyclists roll out
9:30 am Registration for kids’ mini-tour
10 - 11 am Kids’ mini-tour
10:15 am Early cyclists return
11:00 am Post-ride meal begins

2. CCoH participating members are invited to lunch at BRCC - just let cyclists go before you. Tell the lunch staff that you are official TDA photographers!

3. One or more of our members may want to shoot the 10 - 11 am Kids’ mini-tour at BRCC

4. All cyclists initial ride out Airport Rd and then Tracy Grove Road to the stop light in Dana (8:00 - 8:20) Most cyclists will visit Rest Stops 1 & 2 at 2011 Pilot Mtn Rd in Edneyville (8:45 - 11:00 am). A great location is 200 yards beyond the corner of Bearwallow Mtn Rd & N. Bearwallow Rd - there is an attractive yard with a wood fence - cyclists will be fairly slow at that location (9:30 - 10:30). A location with a small water fall (on the right) is on Bald Rock Road - about 1.5 to 2 miles up from Gilliam Mtn Road near Edneyville (9:00 - 10:00). But cyclists will be coming down hill fairly fast. 25-milers on back towards BRCC on Tracy Grove Road (9:30 - 10:00). These times are approximate - cyclists will be spread out a good bit except at the beginning.

Photos should be converted to Jpegs and will be collected and directed to the Rotary Club.
