The Club will provide professional labels to accompany the display of your prints. Please send Werner Bonitz ([email protected]) a list of your titles no later than 6 p.m. Tuesday, September 27. No prints will be accepted if the photographer misses this label deadline as the title labels will be produced in a single batch process.
Your prints will be handled with great care to avoid any damage. The prints will be hung on the carpeted walls of the HCPL Kaplan Room with small squares of velcro with hooks. The Club will supply the velcro that will be attached to the back of your mounted prints. Canvas Wraps and Metal Prints will be hung with special cables.
All prints are to be picked up on Monday, October 31 between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. If you personally cannot be there, make sure you have a friend who will pick them up!
The winning print from the CCoH Print Competition will be featured in the CCoH “Welcome” poster at the entry of the Kaplan Room.
