CCoH Annual Holiday Party

The CCoH Annual Holiday Party is always a great time to celebrate the past year and to socialize with our fellow photographers! This year’s party will be held at the Hendersonville Country Club and will feature a traditional holiday buffet. The menu will include:

Salads & Starters

  • Smoked Bacon Potato Salad --
  • Red potatoes, applewood-smoked bacon, hard-boiled egg, scallions, creamy Dijon dressing
  • Ancient Grain Salad --
  • Five-grain blend, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, mixed greens, dehydrated apples, tahini vinaigrette
  • Steakhouse Salad Bar --
  • Lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded cheddar, crumbled blue cheese, bacon, ranch, balsamic vinaigrette
  • Sister Schubert's Yeast Rolls, served warm with whipped country butter

Entrées

  • Manicotti --
  • San Marzano Tomato Cream, Basil, EVOO
  • Slow-Braised Pot Roast --
  • Sweet-and-sour cipollini onions, roasted root vegetables, rich pan jus
  • Sweet Chili Glazed Verlaso Baked Salmon --
  • Citrus-soy glazed Atlantic salmon, preserved lemon beurre blanc

  • Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes --
  • Horseradish butter

  • Chef Steve’s selection of fresh seasonal vegetables

Drinks

Water and Iced Tea

Coffee and hot tea are an additional charge of $2.75 and are offered at the Satellite Bar. Alcohol or any other beverage is an additional charge and is offered at the Satellite Bar.

The dinner is $45 per person if paid by check or cash. Tips and taxes are included. To reserve your space, please pay by November 30, 2026. Payment can be made at the October or November club meeting, or you can mail your check to:
