Lights and Shadows
Lots going on here. My first impression is that the image is either really processed or oversharpened. I appreciate how the discrete bright spots in the image make your eye travel around and how they are brighter than the faint lines. I'm not sure what the subject is, and my eye is drawn to the red parts of the fan. Maybe desaturate those areas?
