On A Clear Day in DC
STRONG composition and leading lines. I like the sky, but it almost feels like it takes away from the image. I'm assuming that your subject is the flag, so do you need the clouds in the image? Try cropping a little closer and let the strong leading lines in the building lead to your subject. Also, the lights are pulling me away, so maybe clone them out?
